Alvin Yang, Management Associate
Darren Chia (Management Associate), Ryan Foo (PIL-MaritimeONE Scholarship) and Alvin Yang (Management Associate)

Focusing on human capital in Maritime industry, PIL collaborates with industry partners to nurture budding talent right from the beginning of their tertiary education. Among the many initiatives we participate in industry wide, PIL offers the PIL-MaritimeONE scholarship and is a joint sponsor in the Tripartite Maritime Scholarship Scheme to students pursuing maritime related tertiary education.

Beyond supporting them financially, we offer regular internship opportunities for a taste of practical work application. They can be exposed to meetings with worldwide agents, be involved in discussion with industry partners or even roped in for specialised enhancement projects.

Upon completion of their studies, they join the PIL family to embark on their career in the maritime industry that they are now all too familiar with.

With PIL Group, you have the opportunity to be immersed in a diverse range of businesses from shipping to logistics. Hone your skills and have hands-on exposure in business units such as Finance, Information Systems, Human Capital Management, Commercial, Corporate Development and Strategic Planning. Every intern is attached to a direct supervisor; experience PIL's corporate culture firsthand and be part of the PIL family in Singapore's leading shipping company.

We work with various institutions to offer their best and brightest students to gain experience in our local and global offices. Alternatively, you can also write in to us at our career portal.

Building talent for the future, we invite you to join us and enjoy a headstart in your career!
